Most items are made to order, so a deposit of at least 50% will be required to pay for materials at the time of order.

You are responsible for taking accurate measurements communicating them clearly to me.

As most items are made to order, it can take a while to produce them, especially as there is only one of me, so if the item is for a specific event, please leave plenty of time for it to be produced.  I can give you an estimated delivery date at the time of ordering.
